Description
A photograph of several people standing in front of Boone Memorial Presbyterian Church while Jim Carl gives the dedicatory address for the church bell in May 1953. Miller, the pastor of the church, standing in front and to the right of Jim Carl, and Marianne Dorsey King, behind and to the right of Mr. Carl.
The bell was acquired from a Missionary Presbyterian church in Preston, Idaho when that church dissolved. The bell was used by the church until neighbor complaints led to its discontinued use.
