A view of the race track at the Canyon County Fair Grounds in 1908-1909 at Cleveland Blvd. in Caldwell, Idaho. The fair building is in the background and the fairgrounds are where President Taft visited when in Caldwell. The name of the horse is College Maid and the speed of the horse was 2:07. College Maid was the horse that had ran around the fair track while President Taft gave his speech in Caldwell.
