Description
An image from 1918 of the Red Cross Fund Drive which sold war bonds to help the American efforts in WWI. The drive happened in front of Alexander's Men's Wear, a "one piece clothier" (south side of 700 block on Main St.). Also within this photo, the store windows of Hay Boone Co. and Boyes Bros. Hardware can be seen. The men and women seen within the image are unknown at this time.
